·        1996 - Fiji: Senior Industry Trainer and Consultant, Regional Rights Resource Team-British Aid Project, Consult, design, deliver workplace trainer competencies to government officers and non-government officers to empower them to deliver legal literacy courses to regional areas t/out the Pacific Islands. We were asked to do this course again and furthermore, British Aid sent international students to SBIT to do a customised course.

 

·        1998 - Indonesia: Senior Industry Trainer Consultant, Thiess Contractors Indonesia. Facilitate the Pilot Workplace Trainer and Assessor Program for a wide range of mining operators using three interpreters.

 

·        1999 - Fiji: Senior Industry Trainer and consultant, Regional Rights Resource Team-British Aid Project. A repeat of the 1996 project with improvements and updates to the latest competency units. Again new government and non-government officers were trained to deliver Legal Literacy and human rights training to the people of the Pacific Islands.

 

·        2001 - Sydney, NSW: Principal teacher and consultant, A.M.H./F.J. Walker Foods Project. Investigate, design, deliver, assess and report on a new training and assessment system for Australia wide food distribution centres. Selection was based on continuous satisfactory work within A.M.H Food Processing sites across Australia.

 

·        2002 - Fiji: 18 Feb to 1 March 2002, structured intensive workshop for a wide range of participants from the greater Pacific Islands to develop skills in training and discussions for future programs to be delivered themselves in their own communities.

 

·        2002 - Fiji: Pacific Judicial Education Program, 27 May to 7 June 2002, Intensive Workshop for Judicial Educators involved theoretical and skill sessions training to up skill Magistrates and Judges in improved court processes.

 

·        2002 - Fiji:: Pacific Harbor, 17 to 28 June 2002 structured intensive workshop for Fiki Women's Rights movement included up skilling fu ture trainers in aspects of legislation including poverty reduction for people of the Pacific islands. A bank of computers was set up to use templates for session plans and detailed week-long program documentation.
